All of these options are detailed in the section below. The prices listed as starting prices refer to the scope of the advanced structural shell delivery. All prices are ex-factory. On-site and external works are not included in the starting prices.

For off-site works, additional pricing is provided based on your request, after a detailed analysis of your land, location, and other relevant factors. Our pricing policy for off-site services is fully transparent and clear, ensuring you have a complete overview from the very beginning—no surprises along the way.

  • First layer applied on interior walls and joints sealed
  • First layer applied between floors
  • Electrical, plumbing, and heating installations
  • All insulation completed for exterior walls, interior walls, roof, and intermediate floors

Final Inspection

  • Fully completed roof
  • Exterior walls fully finished, including plaster and paint
  • Interior walls and ceilings fully finished, including paint and finishes
  • All insulation completed
  • Intermediate floor prepared for final flooring
  • All installations and lighting systems completed
  • Installation of windows
  • Installation of staircase
  • Installation of the exterior door

Final Inspection

  • Fully completed roof
  • Exterior walls fully finished, including plaster and paint

  • All insulation completed
  • Floor coverings
  • All installations and lighting fixtures completed
  • Installation of windows, exterior and interior doors, and staircase
  • Installation of kitchen cabinets
  • Bathroom wall and floor tiling, and sanitary ware installation
